Hi how can I download latest firmware onto a sd card in my laptop? Reason being I’ve got one camera using version 5.00, and the camera works perfectly, but I bought 3 more for relatives and for some reason they are running version 4.03 and a lot of the functions especially smart alarm are not available, but when u try and update via the app it keeps saying “latest version” which I know it isn’t when my oldest camera is running v5.0 any help would be appreciated Thanks

How to reset the camera?

There is a reset button inside near the sd card slot. Plug it in and hold it down. Dont power it off until you set it back up again.

I;m using ICSEE for 4 cameras, we are trying to share it with our parents in the other side of the world, we create an account for them and check the sharing cameras before, but when they enter to their account the device window is empty, i opened here and I can see the cameras. also they use our administration login and it is the same, they have an empty device list
