Hi ErAn, the WiFi reset procedure for aircraft is same with an RC combo, you may refer to the tutorial and have a try.

Hello @DJI Team, sadly after an unsuccessfull update, i can not connect or reset the spark anymore. i can connect the RC with the Go4 App, but the drone does not connect to the app or the RC. The drone also does not connect to the assistance 2 program. And the pushbutton reset also does not work, any idea how to proceed?

Yup. You and me and many others. They saved some money on the cheap placard that is right in the path of the battery when changed. I bought a better case, and lost/or threw away my original. Sure didn't think I would need that to fly the drone.

Seems my pwd is weak and should be changed, but reset first to factory default? No chance. Setting up a new spark is a nightmare with confusing instructions. Took me hours to do it. Weak password will just have to stay.

When I get to the wifi section in the DJI app it gives me the option to change password and then says "Restart controller" and then when I hit ok says error so it's not letting me change it at all!!!

Hi Hong, you can still check the password when you connect the drone to DJI Assistant 2, it will show up on WiFi settings. Hope it helps.

My Spark has been reset by doing this method but the label on the inside of the spark still says incorrect when i type it in. I no longer have the box to check that password either

HiJust H, the wifi password in the box and the one inside the battery compartment are the same, please try again in case you failed to reset the password.

I Bought a new Mavic air 2, registered it with FAA no problem. Can't fly it through, I have to register it with DJI, now that is a BIG problem. Can't sign in, You need E mail Address, Passwords, And God know what. I must have use them a couple years ago, But now It's much harder. I talked to their rep for a long time, trying Figure things out. PO, Still don't work.
