Thanks I finally replaced the inks with the flush last night so I think my next step is to take off the printhead. I noticed some saw dust on top of the printer and I am thinking some may be inside the printer or it could have gotten on the printhead. I had a guy doing work in that room. Right after I noticed some clogs. Ughhhh! So I better check that out fast and then I will do the initial fill with the flush. Just thoughts
