Hi, thanks for the Video, I just did it, have a Brother laser HLL9310CDW and work to perfection.. By any chance you know how to get rid of the message Self-Diagnostic on the little lcd screen? it wont let me print...

Hello! Once I had the same problem with another Brother MFP and it was caused by the fuser unit. I recommend to talk to a service guy and look for further assistance. Good luck!

Hello friend! The message 'Self Diagnostic Will Automatically restart in 15 minutes' appears on the display if there is a mechanical malfunction of the Brother machine. If in warranty, contact Brother Customer Support or locate a Brother Authorized Service Center to schedule product replacement or repair. If out of warranty, locate a Brother Authorized Service Center. Repair fees might apply for out-of-warranty products. Good luck!
