I just brought a r50i nc and for some reason there are no audio separation, like if you test left right audio test they are both same as a mono channel, any fix? how can I replace mono to stereo?

@@firdaussahman3281 if led light blink when puting earbuds back then its low if it stays on for 4 seconds then case have good battary (not exact persentage)
