I can’t express how EASY it was to install. This unit has been a life savior during the summer and some days during other seasons where it can still be a bit warm at night. In this small place is my friend, a husky, poodle mix and myself. We need AC - lolI don’t use the dehumidifier option - I’m not sure if it will leak in my house, since I did not install the small draining hose that came with it. May look into it late but I don’t worry about much humidity in the apartment. I don’t understand why the negative reviews since all things mentioned, I personally did not find issues with. Definitely worth it!

on the back of my remote (westinghouse) i cant find the reset button. there is a spot over the battery that says "reset" with 2 silver dots. pressing them does nothing. any help?

Only on the newer remotes will this work. Power off the remote, hold the up arrow until the screen shows the "DegF" then change by arrow up or down to change to "DegC"

Wale Momoh just take out tge batteries wait about 3mins, then put them back in. It sounds like a timer set by mistake.

This isn't the normal status pushing reset leaves the remote in. Pushing reset leaves the remote in a truly blank state, and blinking. If anyone has a walk-through, from pushing reset, through getting the remote working again, please post. The owners manual has no such instructions.

I called Fujitsu today. Turn off the remote. hold down the temp up button ^ for 8 seconds then the F or C will diplay. press the up button to alternate between f or c. worked for me

My swing up and down work and today the side to side swing does not work anymore but was perfect yesterday. WHY ?????
