When I go to change my code by going to the interior assembly to press the set button nothing happens. No beep…no key pad lighting up…nothing. What am I doing wrong?

@@seanamarie7783 If you have just installed the lock, hit the Lock button (latch bolt extends). Then enter 123456 and hit Unlock (latch bolt retracts). Now try changing the code again. If nothing happens when you hit the Lock button, remove the interior assembly from the door and check the cabal connector. Make sure you follow the markings on the cable connector and connect it firmly. Also, replace the current batteries with new ones. Next, reset the lock and reprogram it -- following the steps in this video.

I got this and it won’t change the master lock once I hit 4 unlock it doesn’t turn green and won’t let me put the new code to be put in

@@Devine_Empress. Reset the lock and try again. After the reset, the lock needs to learn the orientation of your door before you program it. Hit the Lock button -- the latch bolt extends. Next, enter the default Master Code -- 123456 hit the Unlock button -- the latch bolt retracts. Now you can change the default Master Code.

Hi there, If you're getting all green, it looks like the programming is successful. Can you confirm if the lock is reset -- back to factory defaults? Hit the lock button -- the latch bolt should extend. Then enter 123456. Let me know if it retracts.
