To just reset wifi, you hold the green rectangular button for about 6 seconds until the green light is off. The green light itself is for wifi connectivity. If off what means that means wifi is no longer connected. And you do the setup again. No need to fully reset.

MyQ app would not connect to internet until I used your reset, then setting up myQ worked fine. I think my problem started when I upgraded my router/modem (for faster speed), then the myQ app stop working and could not be reset (learn) to the garage door opener. Thanks for the tip.

Good video ! My Liftmaster has the MyQ symbol, but not the WIFI symbol. What does the MyQ mean without WIFI?

Means that your motor is not wi-fi ready is just compatible with myq so you'll need to have a lifmaster internet gateway connected to your router and added in your myq app

I'm having problems with mine, I followed the recommended steps but it does not make the beep sound. I have not been able to have the garage door open with our remote controls neither from the one outside of the garage. WiFi in the house is running perfectly, the app was doing ok, but now nothing is working properly with the garage opener.

Thank you for the reset info, but for the sake of your own safety - PLEASE - learn how to properly set your ladder!! Your hinges weren't safely fully extended, and that could potentially lead to the ladder's instability - and you falling (injury likely).
