I reinstalled windows but something happened and I got windows 10 taskbar with no icons showing, apps like recycling bin are windows 11 style, I cannot click on anything. And nothing works now. It's like windows 10 and 11 morphed into one

in that case you need a usb stick with a windows boot loader. That will wipe your computer clean and reinstall windows from scratch. If you have only one computer at home you need to ask a friend to help you
