You should create more tutorials on anything and everything because I would watch them all. This was the only video I could find that was clear and easy to follow which gave me enough confidence to do this myself and it worked! It worked! I had my doubts; but I followed what you said; and now I have this lap top up and running, with my own password on it; rather than the other guy's. I looked high and low, both on paper and digitally, to see if I could find the password. I spent about a half hour trying combinations; and nothing worked. I spent time in the bathtub in the dark; and tried to calm myself and go into an Alpha or Theta brainwave state so that I could retrieve more information about those memories years ago; but nothing worked. Only your video. So, much thanks to you my friend!

Omg this video was so helpful I work for a retail store and we have a way to set up the pc to demo mode but if somebody other then me set them up they never set it up properly customer put their info and it locked me out of the device but your video made it easy and simple thanks.
