I’m currently trying to reskin TramWay 3D’s Spencer model but am struggling because of the different liveries that come with the model.

You have to delete the line "liveries" in the config file so you edit the main livery on the model (repeat this on the tender config file)

What is a content manager and how do I open it

when you start trainz, any version. on the title there should be a button called "content manager" or just "content" if you have downloaded your desired engine route or rolling stock right click "file" and click "import CPD files" select your file(s) and import them. there may be some missing dependencies but if you are logged into your "MyTrainz Account" you can just download it on the missing objects file. If the dependencies are faulty you can edit the config using youtube tutorials. Hope this helps!
