Never discuss what satellite employees or contractors are paid; that's none of their business. My answer to this question is always "the size of the team is project dependent. The larger the project, the more team members I bring on to get it done. Not having full-time, on-staff employees allows us to offer you a better price point and also allows us to find the best people in the industry to take care of you".
