if anyody was having the same issue as I was it says cant load in error turn off the pc then hold shift count to 4 or 5 and then let go the computer then has a nice soft reboot and its thing should go back on so u don't have to do a hard reboot this night work for some ppl might not work for others

Hello. Recently purchase a used laptop. Hp pavillion 15 laptop. I reset it. But for some reason once it restart and turn on.. It says "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows click "ok" to restart the computer and then restart the installion." Now I've tried all that, that has asked by pressing the "ok" but it just keeps repeating the same message!! 😞😪 helo please!!

I got this error when I got my new computer and decided to upgrade to windows 10, It was caused by the computer crashing in the middle of installing windows, you need to get on another computer go to the Windows website and download there Media creation tool, get a flash drive, 16gb minimum and start installing Windows onto the USB drive. When it's finished, make sure your laptop is turned off, plug it in, turn it on and go into BIOS settings, and boot from the USB drive. Follow the instructions from there. Hope this helps!
