Great job on the video Ben! Quick Q... when it comes to using a custom audience to target specific business owners. Lets say I have a list of 10k business owners in a niche I want to target as I know they are my ICP. I use - First Name, Last Name & Email ID. What does that email ID need to be? Can it be their business email? Or does it have to be their personal email? (most likely the one they used to sign up to FB in the first place.) This would be super helpful to know as I want to make sure my ads are running to my ICP as business owners. Thanks ;)

You are very welcome and that’s a good question. With warm audiences I bundle them in together because we know we want to reach all the people and don’t need to test those audiences. With cold audiences we need that data, so split them up.

Verey useful, which is more than I can say for FB at times! Have looked at ‘lookalike’ audiences but not granular enough, unless there is a tweak you did not cover. It seems you need to base it on the entire country. Fine if you are selling gold plated widgets country wide. Not a lot of good if you are a photographer or similar service needing clients able to travel to you

When I have my campaign setup and added my retargeting audiences, the ads manager tells me that my ad will likely get 0 conversions and tells me to broaden my audience. I have an e-commerce website and I am about to create a sales campaign with 3-4 different ad sets. In the one ad set I was thinking to target warm audience. However my website visitors are less than 4000 the last 180 days. As I understand it's a small audience and I was wondering if this targeting option could affect my campaign. Hey man yeah it’s good enough, that’s what I did I waited a couple days to build a Retargeting audience then ran it and got a good ROAS, but if it doesn’t deliver bc it’s too low also add in another audience that could be like at least watched 25% of ur video so it makes it bigger and actually deliver . Works for me

Question: I live in a tourist location (Kauai) so I cant have a broad audience (and our ads are expensive but that's another story) I have several ads running for my day spa business. I just realized I may have made a mistake with a "re-targeting ad" and it might not be a re-targeting ad after all. What I did was choose locations (on the island) as well as select different criteria such as "hot FB video views within 7 days" etc, so I used a custom audiences AND location settings. Will that ONLY be shown to folks who saw the video(s) who are at those locations? Or all people in the locations AND the people who viewed the content I selected? Thanks!
