Not to be half cup empty here but he didn't start from nothing... £85k a year is a healthy income, with money in the bank just to start up in general. Even a r2r you will still need financial backing for deposits etc and just a general background financial check but not only that if it doesn't work out. I have been to one of your seminars & others, the only true way i feel you can start from nothing is if you have the right contact, i.e a director of your llc. Until then I'll keep grinding smashing my hands up until i have enough in the bank to venture into property.

That's why best thing to invest is investing in to your self. And after you can think about r2r and all these other sweet stuff

@juliosalguero580 I'd 5k+ if youre looking to do r2r reason being: first deposit, decorating rooms with beds and wardrobes plus you won't have ppl straight away unless you already have ppl that can move it instantly
