Does anyone else remember that Samuel didn’t move into Evans’ house because Evans lived in his father in law’s house and the father in law didn’t approve.. not even to let Samuel sleep in the office shed?.. Therefore, Evans ended up moving into Samuel’s house.. But I see that Evans is so respectful that he doesn’t even want to correct Samuel, because in the end, the point is that they did, indeed, move in together for a week (with Evans’ girlfriend’s approval). Anyway, maybe Samuel forgot.. :)

he really is. you never really find people now days who actually want to help other people in the depths that he does. It's so refreshing to see what he is doing. He isn't just throwing out books saying things like buy my book and learn how to blah blah blah. No, this guy legit is taking people under his wing and not only changing the individuals life but possibly breaking family curses that could of easily followed down for generations. Children really do look up to their parents. He isn't just helping these people but providing the right way for these people to teach their children how to do things more in life then clock in from a 9 to 5 job five plus days a week. It's truly amazing. We need more people like him in this world who don't just look out for themselves with greed.

Incredible. Amazing what you can help someone with within a year. A YEAR!. Evans went from having a concurrent £25(ish) in his bank account, to making £72,500(assumed from thumbnail) a month. Absolutely insane.

I wish I could get into this. I've lost every member of my family and have nursed most of them myself and unfortunately lost my partner suddenly as well aged 42. I literally feel beat down by life and only have alittle bit of optimism left in me through struggle with trauma all my life and loss. I don't do social media as I literally felt I was being left behind by life. I'm intrigued by this concept but the negative in me is saying it can't be this easy. I might try the course out.

I’ve watched a few of Samual’s Videos now. I would love to reach out to him to see if he would help me. I’m 36 with 2 young children about to get married and always wanted to build a property portfolio even more than ever now so I can secure a better future for them. These videos have made me realise there’s people out there that actually want to help people and not try to charge everyone silly amounts of money for advice that not always helps the person get where they want to be. I love the progress that Evans has made! I'm happy for him and his family! Obviously, you can't do that with everyone, but do you train others to do what you did with Evans? That could make your business go even further. I caught that Evans was talking about the need for the application of knowledge. That's brilliant! The saying goes, "Knowledge is power," but I had a mentor in my journey that said, "No it isn't!" "Applied knowledge is power!" Knowledge has to be put into action! And that's what Evans did that brought him success! I also like that Evans brought out he doesn't need to push anyone to make a deal. I think people are so tired of that! I know I am! Some salespeople are like vultures that hover over you. Then, there's the "Slick Willy" salesperson that knows how to flatter and schmooze a person into doing what "Willy" wants them to do! It's an ugly tactic and it's degrading to the person you're doing business with. Without pushing, you're treating the client well and possibly building relationships that you could do business with later and it could be fantastic. I also love that you get them to give, right from the start. That's brilliant as well!!! It's this kind of thinking, action, and attitude toward giving that could get people who are homeless off the street!!! Thank you for sharing this with others!

Awesome....the energy levels on Sam are infectious and im over the moon for Evans....I'd really like to come to some of this training and bump heads with people in this industry....I work all the hours doing 3 different jobs and have a young daughter and partner at home.I have just bought my first 3 bedroom home but my thought process is small and i assume il pay this off for the next 25 years but in truth its not my dream home. my work ethic is massive but I guess fear sets in and lack of knowledge.

Great video. Is there not a large risk associated with the dependence on tenants? If you can't find tenants and you're tied into the contract with the owner of the property, you will quickly use up any cash reserves you have. In his case, he didn't even have any cash reserves.

It is possible but oh lord is there so many snake oil salesmen. The truth is, it's hard, really hard, it's risky, it's scary and it takes time, to develop and learn. Evans has had a fantastic start, maybe on some of those first deals that gave him so much confidence he got lucky, they said yes when they could have said no, but that doesn't matter, keep at it. You will fail, but if you don't quit, you will learn. Then you will get some deals done. I swear if you get your first five deals done; when you're holding that check for the first time your life will change forever. Also, reinvest 100% of the money from your first few deals back into getting more business done, more deals.

I don't like how the Rent-to-rents put single people with single rooms before families. If lots of of people made money doing this, so many families would have nowhere to live as single people (or couples) are preferred as tenants over a family. Really sad to see cities going this way. Civilisation in general. How can you help families and do rent - to - rents at the same time?? Also apartment blocks are another scheme to separate people from nature. from having a garden, being close to the ground (grounded). and the opportunity being stolen from them of growing their own food. I love dealing with landlords directly as oppose to a company which is a lot less personal, being the companies have no emotional bonds to the properties where as most landlords do, especially if the property is passed to them through family. Again, the family ideals get left in the dark and put last. So many rich people control how society is directed and I am really not comfortable with what they are doing. I speak for all the people who know of what I speak
