Not sure when that show is on yet, but if you want to avoid paying Capital Gains Tax on your UK property in Spain, it’s best to sell before you move, preferably in the previous tax year to when you become a Spanish tax resident. hi.i missed the live stream,i have a question. if i move on NLV and prove £28000 for year 1,then I get offer of a job just before renual then do i swap to a work visa? then i dont need to prove £56000 for year 2 and 3?.thanks,

I would check that with Chris. I think you need to have been resident for a year before you can apply to swap, which means you have to renew your NLV first, if memory serves.

my plan is to bank/not touch a £75000 pension (which hopefully grows a little in 10 years)and live off current work pension when i retire plus passive income from renting out my uk house,but this may change if i get job offer close to renewal if thats possible.see below question
