how to retract the parking brake with a scan tool on a Subaru Outback

This is a 2015 Subaru Outback
First step - aquire scan tool with Electronic parking brake capability ( EPB )
Second step - plug scan tool in to OBD 2 port
Third step - turn key or push start button to accessory mode ( don't have the car running )
next follow directions in the video. hope this helps, if this video doesn't help and you fuck up your vehicle I'm not liable for your stupidity
seek mechanical guidance if you don't feel comfortable with this/ or take to a shop to have them perform the brake job

You follow the prompt on the scan tool after you've finished installing the new brakes parts and installed the calipers

I am having issue i think its related to this…. I changed all 4 rotors and brakes and since then i have a flashing brake light on my dash and if i press my parking button it will sound weird but my parking brake light won’t turn red. Also my brake light on dash start flashing if i press parking brake button.

One check the fluid in the master cylinder and make sure there's enough fluid in it number two make sure all the connectors that are going to the electronic parking brake mechanism are snug or plugged in correctly and if that doesn't work you might actually have to take it somewhere and either have them clear the code or try to get them to reset the parking brake mechanism
