How To Retrieve Your Jamb Login (Profile) Password

I was given a password this year but it keeps saying incorrect username or password.. What will I do in the situation?.... I can login to my last year's profile but can't login to this year's.... I don't want to do forgotten password cause I fear it may reset my last year's profile....

I went to registered by jamb then write my information down there was a mistake in my email it's also my email but I don't know the password so i put another email down when I collected my registration slip it was that email that is there they said it was not their fault because I have done jamb before so how can I link another email

No way for now, until jamb change it and allow for modification of email and phone number. Not a big deal though. Just that anything you want to do concerning jamb has to be done in a CBT.

It won't work. If your email is correct and you know your email password, then just do password reset on jamb facility portal

You have to visit a CBT centre to link an email to your jamb profile. As soon as you do that a password will be generated for you. Pls make sure you can login to that email before you proceed.

It should be there in your mail inbox. There are only 4 reasons why you would not see the details in your mail. 1. If you created your mail after your jamb registration 2. If you gave a wrong email during your registration 3. If you deleted the details by mistake 4. If there was a server error in jamb's part (which is very unlikely, but possible) during the process of messaging.

Type the word "PASSWORD" and Your Email Address and send it to 55019. This will cost you N50 credit so make sure you have credit of that worth on your phone

Go back to your cbt centre and ask them what they used, most cbt use generic password for everyone in that year. You can also check your email
