The plastic bags should have a barcode sticker on, there is a code printed on that sticker. Now in you Shein box there should be a slip containing a list of all your items with the corresponding sticker code next to each item listed. Now you can pair your items with their bags

Hey can you please tell me if I can return stuff from different orders in the same package when I return like i ordered two different orders from shein but I don’t want to do two different boxes can I combine the stuff I want to return from the different orders in the same box? Do you know if that valid or not? Also, can I use any box or does have to be the origin shein box? 😖

Hi. I think you shouldn’t combine two different orders in one box. Because in every orders/returns they have their own Shipping Label and i think that’s how they will process your refunds. You can use your own box if Shein paying your Return package but if not, you should use the cheapest box size to avoid big charges. USPS usually charge you by the size of the box you are shipping. You can chat Shein support or email them for more details. :)

Hello po. I have the same query as the others po. I tried to return an item but haven't received shipping label. I followed the steps stated but the only difference i noticed po from your process of returning was that, there was no option to choose po the return addresses. Unlike po un inyo, naselect nyo un "POST". Tapos only specific instructions like recipient name, authorization number and uploading return receipt. Bakit po ganun? Is it because COD po un mode of payment or depends sa country po? Should i wait for the shipping label or should i proceed po?

They usually don't update right away for the wallet money. It may take a while. Try to check your app for the update if not you can email their customer service they usually reply your email.

Sometimes the update is the one from USPS office only. Try to check your usps tracking number that's the most accurate. Hope it helps

What’s the difference between the SHEIN wallet and ur regular account? Also will they give u the exact amount back into your wallet?

hi shein wallet is a store credit you’re not able to withdraw or turn it into cash. just incase you are going to shop again in Shein you can redeem using your shein wallet. I think they gave me the full refund amount.

hi. as long you submit it properly you will have it. try to check your email tied up with shein they usually send it to you a copy or if not, go back to return method on your app and there’a a label there JPG click the arrow to download the airwaybill. hope it helps.

I didn't receive shipping label, instead SHEIN gave instructions to follow and this includes uploading a return receipt after returning the item to your chosen logistics. @KEIZEL hi. is that a UPS? If yes, I think they have an option just use a QR code, instead printing the label. To make sure this is accurate please email their customer service for further details.

Some of the instructions po kasi include writing recipient name, authorization number after the name, then you can choose whether "POST/EXPRESS" for the return address, and uploading the return receipt, which i didn't see on your vid po.

hi. i’m sorry po never ko po kasi na experience yung cod. pero try nio pumunta sa app or website ni shein then punta po kayo sa refund. kasi may nag tanong sakin regarding jan cod din sa kanya. tapos sabi niya half lng daw offer ni shein pero not sure po. it’s better to email them nagrereply naman po ang customer service. :)

Noooo u don't it's free let's say your order 3things and return 1 then a week or so later you decide u want to return the other 2items from that same order then that's when u have to pay shipping....so return all the junk u need to from the same order at the same time so u don't get charged
