Really useful thank you, I started on the plastic dividers on mine yesterday and quickly found how hard it is to remove them. You have saved me a lot of as I have both a rotary tool and tinsnips. For the foam I will favour flat foam and each tool in custom made hole (no idea how to cut the holes as I have no heat cutters) as you can tell at a glance if any tool is missing.

Looks good, but next time use shadowbox foam, it is specifically made for this and is easy to carve with a blade. 👌
