As someone who has followed your journey for about 3 years....You DEF look way more relaxed and at peace. I don't comment on every video, but it's truly good to see your healing process. Thank you for sharing, because you truly didn't have to.

Moving somewhere else is always on my radar too. The last few years have challenged me to make the most of where I am until the timing is right. Finding beauty in the small things brings acceptance and gratitude. 💕✨

Girl, the challenge is REAL! And I was still celebrating getting to move somewhere else even though I still don't know exactly where that is 😭

Healing and self care are the best medicines to heal any kind of trauma. When I get stressed from my job, I just have to take off some time for my own well being in order to heal and refresh! I love the message as always, Chimdi!!❤❤

Thanks for this video Chimdi. So I had a rough night at work a few weeks ago and I journaled in the moment, and did a lot to express my emotions outside of work. I still feel it in my heart and my throat. I feel jaded at work now more than ever. Just going through the motions, ready to quit.

I am wrapping you in a big hug Art 🥺🥺 I am so sorry you aren't able to fully express yourself there and that you are still feeling it in your heart and throat. Being able to speak up and being honored for who we are is so important and you deserve all of that and more 😭❤️

@@chimdi das okayyyy...and you probably do know, how could you not? all of you especially recovering Chimdi is literally embodying it, right? ancestry/dna/body memories... it just doesn't look the way we define "knowing" at the moment ie verbally speaking or understanding the language but that's just one part (that I happen to currently have access to) this is getting long but in watching you be and move and speak, I see a person who knows a whole lotta Igbo, okay?
