Great job, however having that door open outward into the hallway is against code. It's great when you can do quality work like you do, but part of that is knowing and understanding the codes as they pertain to the work you are doing. Keep on learning.

You're correct, and keep in mind that I can't always explain every bit of information in every video. I always have clients sign a waiver that includes possible code violations so that I'm covered. The irony is that it was a government building. Lastly, an inspector can find code violations in just about any building including new builds, and in my experience, most don't care unless it's an egregious safety issue. Thanks for watching.
