Here to say that I’m very happy you’re considering uploading your podcast episodes on KZbin despite thinking it won’t perform as well as normal videos. I would love to listen to them via KZbin! I have a hard time listening to podcasts on platforms other than KZbin (I know, it’s a me thing), so I know I’ll listen to your episodes a lot more via KZbin if I have that opportunity! 😊

You're honesty and openness in this video is so refreshing. It's so easy to stay surface level and this set a great example. Thank you! Can't wait to see what you accomplish in the new year!

Listening to you talk about the directions you might go in with your content, I'm feeling a lot of gratitude for the amount of work and thought and time you put into your channel. It's a ton of effort, and I'm super grateful for it.

I’m sure you know this already, but just in case…. Putting your podcast episodes on KZbin probably won’t get as many clicks as “regular” videos. BUT it will make a load of people say “wait. She has a podcast!?” And drive traffic to that. Everyone’s a winner.

It's something that i always comment on smaller creators. Post anything you want to. The content that is forced will never be as good as content that you want to put out. Also about products, i think digital products are better for the main reason that as a client i just buy it. If I bought the physical life map even though it looks great i would have to pay customs to get it in my country. And wait over a month. And hope it won't get lost in the transit. Digital products are much simpler and easier this way. Can't wait for 2024. It's gonna be my money era too. Get more. Invest, save, budget and all that. Lastly I'm one of the people that are visual and love the fact that i can actually watch your podcast (can't focus on listening unless its music) and i have really been loving your episodes so far ( and taking a lot of notes)

I'm all about movies of all kinds, but I also recently canceled my Netflix subscription. They just haven't been offering anything I much wanted to see and I'm unhappy that they've canceled some of their series that I enjoyed so much. I'm happy with Disney+ and Amazon and for that matter, the library for DVDs after Netflix ended their DVDs by mail business. Your book suggestions sound great. Your talking about "intentionality" sounds promising. Life is too short to waste your time doing things that don't make you happy in some way. The great thing about the new year is the promise of new and better things, which is natural based on how we learn from our past.

YAY for chatty videos! If you wanted to move a liiiiitle bit away from the Gold Coast I hear Ireland is lovely. 😉 I'll hopefully be moving back in the next 2-3 years. In the meantime if any of your travels take you to the US, let me know! 😁

Congratulations on your engagement! 🎉🥳We had a small reception...about 25 or a little over...and it was THE BEST experience. We were able to speak and spend time with each and everyone and the intimacy made it feel super special and unforgettable. I would not change that! I am going to steal your hack on descriptive praise; what a great idea to create positive self-talk! My theme for next year is "Slowly Living My Adventure". I came up with this after reviewing the lifemap 12 months in review. I have a big vacation planned and then the rest of the year will be slow and intentional living so we can save and just chill. This past year was no chill 😂😅 Anyhoo you are SO inspiring and I wish you the best this coming year!!!! 💛

So inspiring hearing about your plans and the eay you are thinking through them. A thought from a 55 yo that has facilitated and attended monthly groups over the years - it always sounds more doable and less intimidating when it's just once a month, but it can still end up being a lot. Maybe consider warming up with quarterly meetups instead. Youll still have consistency but more breathing room. Best wishes for your 2024!

I loved this video, thank you so much! I did my basic annual review while wtchig you for inspiration and it was great. Just need to flesh it out a bit more now and goal-set for next year. I'm looking forward to seeing the podcast episodes - I like the longer form content - and I totally agree with you about focusing on content you enjoy making instead of just going for likes and stats. It comes across when people start filming content that they don't really enjoy or believe in and one of my favourite things about you is that you always feel authentic and like you're really enthusiastic about what you do. I wish you luck with all of your goals for next year and thanks again for the inspiration this year.

Hey Michelle, if it’s okay I would love to give some feedback too :) I‘ve also been a long time fan, and love the lifemap. But honestly I have to say, this year I haven‘t touched it because I noticed so much pressure to perform well, to be productive, and this isn’t the feeling that I wanted. Like checking the boxes just to check it off, doing the things but not enjoying them. This year I came back to the question what feels good, what do I want, and therefore I really really loved your App. I can’t tell you how often I used the self-compassion mediation and noticed „oh, well so that’s the crying about“ and the feel, shift, heal journaling I think it’s called shadow journaling, helped me so much with situations where I’ve felt stuck for literally ages. Yes, I noticed you haven‘t uploaded this much, and the interesting changes of background music, colour changes, etc. in your videos. But I think your quality has risen so much in this year what makes you special. And I think this is what we need, true, compassionate, raw, honest chats and information, studies, trial and error about topics we never thought would make an impact, but you showed the opposite. That’s what makes greatness begin. To be different, but true to oneself. I would be so happy to learn more about what you think would be a cool video or an important topic to discuss, even if it’s not popular. Things need their time to become popular, honestly like wearing bikershorts is fashion- sorry couldn’t think of a better one😂 and it’s not for everyone like the life-Admins vid - really motivating by the way love them. But maybe you ignite some new spark in others 😊So a great big thanks for your sweat, tears and supreme care and effort to give us the best, we appreciate it❤ Aaaand love the colours on you, so happy to see you glowing 😊❤ love, Noelle ❤

I love how honest you are in this review. And yes I agree you should put your podcasts on KZbin. That is actually how I listen/watch podcasts mostly. Mel Robbins, The Minimalists and The Minimal Mom are a few examples.. I think you could incorporate into your main channel easily. You are such a fantastic creator. And maybe one day you can open your meetups to a Zoom meeting or something like that.. so we can hang out with like minded folks from all over the world chatting on a particular topic or even book club .. just ideas I would love to see.. either way I am down for whatever you do.. thank you for being you and sharing yourself with the world

I have tips for post-social anxiety: - are you thinking about things your friends said and did? Probably not very much. This means it's unlikely they're obsessing over things you said and did. - have a shower or do some other energy clearing and grounding practice when you come home

I’ve found that I watched you a little less this year, but I don’t know if that was your content or branding. I tried to be more intentional about enjoying life, so I was spending less time watching KZbin videos over meals or feeling like I needed to “create projects” to keep me “productive” or “on track”. I had a great year as a result, and I honestly credit your content as a source of my mindset shift and focusing on what was most important to me. So thank you! ❤

Ok, I’m really excited about the money era and mindset work. I hope you make videos about both. Mindset is my primary focus in 2024. I know that I create most of my own problems, so I have identified that part, but otherwise I really don’t know how to improve upon it, and like you and many others have found, talk therapy is not always helpful. I’ve been through four in the last couple of years.

Hey! It's Bob Schwartz, I actually read the "Diets still don't work" version - it does talk about thinness throughout in a way that's a little uncomfortable so that's something to be mindful of if you do go ahead and give it a read.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! It's very inspiring to see how you put what you learn and share with us to action. Definitely upload your podcasts on youtube! I always listen to podcasts of my favorite youtubers on youtube when they post them. It's a lot more accessible for me. Also, I'm surprised that you lost followers when you announced your engagement?! Why would that be? Are they male disgruntled viewers or even women? It's sad that some people cannot be genuinely happy about their favorite youtubers/influencers. It's a good way to consolidate your real audience though, I'm sure! Have a great year!
