In this video I will explain the method to revive our dehydrated sourdough starter which applies to any dehydrated sourdough starter, it only takes 2/3 days to revive the bacteria and start baking your own sourdough bread.
I will share tips and tricks, troubleshooting, and how to maintain a fresh sourdough starter with our "NO WASTE" method.

My starter is doubling and has a lot of bubbles on the bottom but not on the top? Why would that be?

The bubbles usually are present in major concentrations at the bottom and in the middle of the jar diminishing towards the top, however if not bubbles are present on top it might be due to dryness, try keep the jar close without creating an airtight environment.
