How To Ride Water Crossings|Enduro Riding Tip

In this week's Sedlak Offroad School Enduro riding tip Daniel Sedlak demonstrates how to manage water crossings on your dual sport or Enduro bike. Nobody wants to crash their dirt bike while crossing a creek or a water section and flood the bike. There are three simple ways to stay in control and get to the other side dry.

When in doubt remember...STILL WATER RUNS DEEP. If you have a choice, always go through where the water runs rough. That will be shallowest. Read the water flow to watch out for the biggest rocks. Oh...keep moving. Never stop. In really deep water, slip your clutch to keep revs up.

The thing with the area I'm in is there is a small river crossing but it's like a foot deep. I do it on a 4 wheeler almost every day I ride but on a dirtbike (crf150r) it seems kinda deep
