Can both characters work with autorig? Because when I finished 1 character then 2 character but when I bind, it, the 2 character is fine but 1 character mess up. How do i solve this problem without get error.

Yes, first before doing bind make sure to save your file then switch to the wireframe mode and some time its take more then 2 min for binding just wait for your problem will fix

Dont use auto rig. People like this are the reason why its impossible to find anyone to make a decent rig. You have to make a rig per sculpt, by hand, or your rig will be absolute trash... DO NOT USE THIS
