FAQ:
Q: How do I make an AnimationController + how do I use it?
A: Hover over your model in the explorer and click the + button, then type AnimationController. Make sure it is inside the first model. Do not put it in a model inside another model or it might not work (I have not tried so maybe it would work, but still.)
Q: I don't understand that wall of text on how to weld things, can you simplify it more?
A: Open the easy weld plugin. Say you want the turret of a tank to rotate. Weld all the pieces of the turret onto the red block responsible for moving them during the animation. DO NOT weld the barrel or anything else to it, unless you aren't planning on animating it. Do the same thing for all the other red blocks you made.
Even shorter answer: WHATEVER YOU WELD ONTO THE RED BLOCKS IS WHAT WILL MOVE WHEN THE RED BLOCK MOVES.

This game is underrated the models are good and fit the style of the game the units are decently balanced grinding doesn’t take to long it’s a quick pick up and play type game overall it’s just a really good game

some questions: Q1: When I try to the entire thing all the parts sort of just fly all over the place Q2: Some random part that was never intended to be animated was allowed to be animated Q3: Some parts can't be moved even though welded it. I hope you can answer those because those are the main roadblocks when I tried to animate something.

since he didn't reply Ill try and help you out Q1: I do not understand what you mean by "fly all over the place" Q2: you might of did something to cause that or it's the character or thing you're trying to animate causing problem. If I were you I just ignore it or anchor it Q3: update your plugins or studio if that didnt work check your rigging.

it was in v3.2 nic, you can probably find a video of super artillery being captured and used. It was only on the map retake the town. It’s supposed to return to v4 eventually but that hasn’t happened yet

How do I make joints let go at one point in animation? I'm making one that includes a shotgun, and when it pumps, the shell goes out. However, once it's out, it doesn't move independently (since it is still connected via joints), but in accordance to the gun itself. How do I fix this? p.s. when i add the joint's "enabled" option, then turn it off at one point, it just breaks.

you cant detach it, the only way to do that is to have the shell be seperate and only be visible when it is ejected

you can. rig a character normally and then make a copy of the item (not attached to anything). when it comes time for the character to drop the item in the animation, line both up so they are inside each other, and make the one connected to the character invisible, and the one not connected to anything visible

Hm, are you sure you followed every step closely? It may also be that the scripts in your game require a humanoid, but I'm not sure. Mostly, this was for people who want to rig something that doesn't have a humanoid and use it in an animation. I'm not totally sure how this translates to working in a game besides for NIC.

no it will never be obtainable. the super artillery was modeled after a real artillery (forgot the name) but only Germany had one. that means only campaigns where the germans are the enemy could have a super artillery (not available to players because players can be any skin, so it wouldn’t fit)

moon animator isn't required to rig models, that's just what I use to animate them. If you're asking if there is other ways to animate in roblox, then there is the default roblox animator or moon animator 1 (not sure where to get it, but a good start would be looking for plugins made by xSIXx)

@@prod.15meli78 that means the model does not have an animation controller (it needs either an animation controller or a humanoid to work) make sure it’s in the model and not inside one of the character’s body parts (also u have to click the model u want to edit before clicking continue)
