You mentioned a lot of things you can't do in the video, but let me highlight something you are good at: when you are explaining your unique flying style. You make the complexities of learning to fly much more understandable, making it easier for viewers to grasp. This clarity in is truly incredible. My power loop got so much better after watching your video about it. This is the second video of yours I've watched, and I've already learned so much from them. Thank you!

Another cool video thanks. I find my biggest struggle is finding uncrowded spots when I got time and the weather is fine and having a spotter that has time as well, basically happens as often as planets align.
@BaconNinjaFPV Жыл бұрын
I totally get that. Ever spot I want to fly seems like it is filled with people. I never have time to drive around forever looking for a spot, and anyone there to have my back and keep a look out is usually a no go. I wind up stuck in the same old places where I can fly safely and comfortably without ruining anyone's day, lol.
@kelsey7k2 жыл бұрын
spending more time looking for spots than actually flying = the struggle
@BaconNinjaFPV2 жыл бұрын
that is no lie, lol. i wish I had a crew around here so we could all share tips about spots we notice while we are out...but instead it is just me in a dark room with google maps dropping pins everywhere. Then I go out to the spot and its all fenced off, locked up, or nothing like the most recent google maps image :(

First of all great video and thank you for it and you make it look easier than it is. I just bought my first freestyle quad a week ago. I don’t even have a dozen packs through it yet and I can kind of do a sloppy juicy about 30 feet off the ground, I can do a few other tricks, but what I’m getting at is I would love to see as you’re teaching the trick, show it in slow motion voice at like 25% frame rate. It would be so helpful because then you can actually see the sticks and the quad at the same time and see the exact inputs a lot more clearly because it just happens so fast on these. I appreciate all the effort you put into it so thank you!

Hello sr, how you go so fast with lo tilt camera and not bubbling up? Thanks! You are awsome
@BaconNinjaFPV2 жыл бұрын
Thank you!! So it really comes down to just a couple of simple things. First, it is about maintaining speed that happens during movement. Sometimes I use the speed of a sudden altitude change or try to carry speed from a move where I am flying sideways and the up tilt isn't in the direction the camera is seeing. Second, it is about throttle control. More or less just knowing when I can and can't give it more throttle to keep it on the line I am on. Really everything just comes down to stick time with the style and getting the muscle memory down for when I can get up some speed and when I can use that speed.....

Great video man! I’m looking to get more into Fpv. I currently have the avata, but I’m looking to find another set up. What would you recommend a good starter kit that isn’t too overly expensive? Thank you
@BaconNinjaFPV Жыл бұрын
Well if you have the Avata, that is actually a great start for some other rigs! The Goggles 2 you have and even the Controller 2 if you have one for your Avata can be used on FPV quads with the DJI O3 system on board and some are designed for you to use that same controller with as well. iFlight makes a bind and fly Nazgul V3 O3 quad that has the correct VTX for your goggles and will let you pick an option to use your DJI controller 2 if you already have one as well. That setup runs around $550 and would require you to also get some 6S batteries and a good charger for them, but much cheaper than buying other versions of everything all over again since you already have some pretty great goggles!

duuuuuuuuude, I NEED that shirt!!!!!!! great minds think alike man, lol. @BaconNinjaFPV2 жыл бұрын
Thank you man, I really appreciate you!!! Flying the 533 rates I see, not a bad choice at all. My rates are actually just slightly above that at 600dps on all axis'. I really think it comes down to full stick deflection and how much of that you really like to do as a pilot. Some people go with low rates and don't mind getting the stick all the way over while others go with higher rates and want to make little bitty stick moves. I am all about the lower rate camp!
