Groundnuts/Peanuts are a common and favorite snack for many. They're a healthy snack as well, with many great health benefits such as reducing the chances of heart disease by reducing bad cholesterol, helping better brain functioning as they contain Vitamin B3...among many other benefits. Besides, peanuts/groundnuts are easy to preserve and to carry along!
The challenge (mystery) to many is how to make the nuts nice and crunchy without burning them! I personally faced this challenge for a long time, trying different cooking processes, but they often yielded inconsistent results.
