SisiYemi, please make sure the container for weighing is weighed on the scale before weighing with the fish. For what you know, the plastic bowl has been weighed as part of your fish. The bowl must be on the scale and be on zero before the fish is added. Just to say

Didn't think of it o. Thanks
@oluwatoyinajibose9763 жыл бұрын
@@zizou4229 you are welcome. I learned this many years ago. Watch it next time. The scale is on zero without the bowl. it is not supposed to be. They use the method to defraud unsuspecting customers. The Ijebu in me is always on the lookout 😁

Interesting. In Ghana, the Ga ethnic group call it Kpanla. I guess it's proof of what we learnt in History that they are originally from Nigeria.

This is the way to go. It makes sense and saves a lot. We are also experiencing food price inflation in the UK and I get my fish in bulk and oven it when I want dry fish for Ugandan native stews.

Thanks Sisi Yemmie. I have been doing this since last year, if you are not close to a coldroom, you can ask fish sellers in your area to help you get and tip them. I prefer this method because I get more pieces when I use the sellers than when I go myself.

Sisi Yemmie! You always try your best to encourage and carry everyone along on how to earn a living and how to prepare and present meals that a family can come together and eat and be merrier.But today’s vlog is an eye opener for me when you calculate the cost of buying the pankla and the already grilled pankla I know for a fact that the price will be outrageous,It was a very smart move on your part by buying the quantity you needed and went further to grill it on your own,All the whaala of if it was a rotten fish,water that was used and the cleaning process has all been ruled out.You made it so effortlessly and you have gingered me to try it in my home and also tell people as well to see if it’s something they would like to pick up as business.

I do love smoked eja kika fish but l have not come across fresh ones Pfizer this size in UK, we only have the big hakes. Buying from Nigeria through the shipping agents is the only option but they are always so tough to cook with. It’s more like eating plastic. Well done, this is very prudent.
