This is nice new tricks cause am always using red oil now have found new way of smoking I like the colour the smoked sea salt, paprika smoked, liquid smoke my dear well done congratulations and thanks for sharing this is a must try....

You're welcome! I will say set your oven at 450 and place the fish on the bottom rack for 1 hour on each side following the same method by making sure you add water on the baking sheet. If need more timevto dry and a little more time. I know it's everyone has a different types and setting of oven. Let me know how it turned out for you and thank you for watching. Appreciate it.

Use bake to the highest number on your oven and put it below the rack. Don't forget to add water to the baking rack to keep the fish in between dry and soft so it does not get burnt. If the fish is not properly dried you might have to add a little more time to the process until you see how dry you want it. Let me know how it turned out for you. Thanks for watching. i wanna ask that i used to drum smoker to applied smoked taste in fish then i change the cook methode in oven for smoked fish, all i wanna ask is how you produce yellow or mature coloured by oven?, based on my traditional method smoking by drum smoker i produce yellow brown colured..
