The swamps don't have much traffic and some people drive wherever they want. That area is 1 road in and out. I followed him for near 10 minutes before he finally stayed on his side so I could pass.

The roads look like it's in bad shape maybe that's why? And not sure why they don't want to resurface with new asphalt..

@@190SkyTeam It's a an OK road and fun normally. Really limited traffic. It's not road quality that makes people drive like that. It just happens in those areas around here. I followed another dude on his cell phone driving down center maybe a few months prior.
