Hello Lars, I love it too :) I dont know the topspeed actuly, it has the gearing for 335km/h but it is really windy around 300km/h. Still pulling wheelies over 200km/h

Great video! That looks like SO much fun! I ride an 06' GSXR-1000 thats fast,... but not like what you've got with that turbo power. Check out the video: RC51 vs GSXR-1000 Attack The Snake.

That is fucking insane. I have maxxed my car out at 190 km/h on a rural road and when I slowly started to break it was like an aeroplane landing at an airport.
@edpettit65636 жыл бұрын
Damn! 125 mph power wheelies! Holy fuckamolie! That means 150 mph plus wheelies with a little bit of clutch play. And that's to start. Fastest speedometer indicated wheelie I've ever rode I sat down at 158 mph. It's almost mind boggling to think that your bike could pull a wheelie at that speed. I have to say I am peanut butter and jealous.

i was with an Fz1 Fazer before my R. Its night and day mate! But turbo charging is awesome if you are into some crazy acceleration.
@chopgr5 жыл бұрын
@Not Affiliated :The R1, after 50-60km/h, is a totally different beast. A beast that @ 4k RPM will wheelie violently on first gear and also at ~8k on 2nd gear. At least my Fz1 (was brand new, just like its replacement , the R1 2008), wouldnt wheelie as stock and it would on first gear ONLY ( as in powerwheelie) if the gas was nearly empty - only.

@abstractsound70834 жыл бұрын
I love it 😍 has power more then you can use 👍
@B1gLe06 жыл бұрын
I bet that's no quicker than any other bike on acceleration as you can't put the power down. You're having to change gear so quickly you're not exploiting the rev range or the turbo. A little bit pointless tbh
@georgefowles90676 жыл бұрын
Chris Bassett pointless doesn't mean it isn't fun.
@B1gLe06 жыл бұрын
George Fowles you don't put that much power into a bike for fun, you do it for outright speed. Fun is just a side effect

@billness26359 жыл бұрын
I have a 2014 FZ-09 that I've taken drag racing, canyon carving and general mayhem riding. This is probably the best motor Yamaha has built in a while and certainly the best triple of all, but, there is NO way I'd add anymore power to this inherently unstable, ill handling, soft suspension, short coupled bike! It wheelies far too easily as it is, adding another 100HP would seem to me to take even further away from the riding experience it has. That is, until the crappy forks can be made to dampen far better than they do now, the rear shock and geometry is addressed and it is able to take corners that you can bank further than 35-40 degrees without losing the very light and rebound happy front end. Except for an M4 slip on and component removal, mine will stay stock.

I love my 15 fz09. wheelie monster. I put a full skorpion exhaust and sounds awesome.

absolute weapon.. nice job! what steering damper is that? love the fact you can't keep the front end down hahaha
@MotorDanko7 жыл бұрын
do you imagine that boost kicking on a corner?
@RobertBrumley609 жыл бұрын
Awesome. It must be pretty hard to keep the front end from coming up at any speed. Hard enough to keep a non turbo FZ09 on the ground.
@rampage3337 Жыл бұрын
yeah i seen a few 220hp M1000RR and even they struggle to keep the front down in almost every gear

Awesome bike! spool fast, very strong. always drive safe mate.
@davidspin5819 жыл бұрын
This a sick amount of power...
@MrSlowestD1610 жыл бұрын
You should fit it with a smaller turbo! Sure, it won't 315, lol, but you can have like 220-ish so it's less wheelie happy + more mid-range power.
@jdacy7 жыл бұрын
That looks fucking awesome want to ride a turbo bike now

Man that front wheel doesn't like to stay down
@TheSpartan223510 жыл бұрын
That things looks scary but fun. Nice ride
@quayjohnsonsr.82915 жыл бұрын
Bigger, lower gears would easily fix that problem. Having that much torque you need long, big gears. A 4 speed tranny would probably turn this bike into a 8 or 9 second machine whereas you’re not yanking small gears every other second. The turbo will still powerhouse through 4 big gears, but it’ll fix 5th gear wheelies for sure.
@ARSZLB6 жыл бұрын

I will honestly tell you that my skills are not ready for that much bike! (-: But I do a lot of mountain road twisties...and my question is how does this set-up handlle the constant throttle changes of that type of riding? My 2012 FZ1 currently has a full Yoshi exhaust system, PC5, and K&N filters...and it will easily hang with most full-on SuperSport Bikes. But, like most riders, I am always interested in MORE Power! But I DO want smooth throttle change even more than raw power... I will stay in touch...and may want to talk to you about buying this system in the near future...

PLEASE Up-Date here if the "Kit" is available yet..!! Does it -- or will it -- have stages of boost / amount of HP increase..? Something like getting to around 225HP to 250HP would be Plenty for me, if not hugely expensive. I have done a few things to my stock 2013 FZ1 to get about 150 RWHP or just a bit more. [Intake mods, 'Ram-Air', Full Yoshi Exhaust, PC5 with 'supertune' and 'race gas' settings...] Also, as mentioned by others, I want the boost to come in sooner, but smoothly. I do not need sheer top end...but rather more mid-range power...
