Hey this was only for PS5 I believe you will have to check the specs of your graphics card it will tell you what frame rates it supports on outputs

@@Raphael35423if you’re on console you can’t play above 120hz/fps anyway, and on top of that hdmi 1.4 only supports up to 144hz at 1080p. You’d need a monitor with a 2.0 port and a PC to get higher refresh rates( Console caps at 120 Fps) Late response but hope it helps (:

Only thing i could think of is that First make sure you have selected 1080p Than turn HDR off Turn performance mode on in saved game and data Than go to game/settings/graphics/turn on 120hz Now make sure you are using the hdmi came with PS5
