3:10 doesn't it suffice for the outside hitter to be in front of the setter (and not necessarily in front of all back row players)?

For people just learning the easiest way to explain it… is if any player is pulling back from the front row to just remember to be slightly in front of the back players. Especially depending on who is reffing your game (some refs will call that some let it go)
