It is Expensive but well worth it. I keep it in my room for when I sleep. I move it to the living room if needed.

I agree, my cycle says 60 minutes but takes hours to even a whole day to get the cycle cleaned. It definitely has a design flaw with the pump system.

Hi Özlem. You don't have to wait for the evaporator to dry. Just remove any excess water and wipe it as shown in the video.

I press the yellow button but nothing happens. People, dont buy this product it gives a couple more procent of humidity, but breaks down all the time. The product is not ready for sale yet.

Fix the pump assembly problem please, having to order them every month due to getting wet is not feasible once warranty runs out. This is a design flaw, why is your pump assembly (water cap) not water proof? An iPhone is more water proof than your humidifier water tank cap. I can drop my phone in your water tank and it'll still work, but your tank cap gets slightly wet and the pump stops working? Dyson Engineering at its best.

Got dyson purifier half a year ago. The humidifier-function doesn’t work since some time. Tried to contact customer support and mentioned several times that I run the deep cleaning cycle. Answer from the customer support? Guess, link to this video! Support in Germany is only possible through WhatsApp-Chat. The bot send me the link to this video and just closed the request! That‘s not exactly the kind of customer support I expect from a premium product!

I think it’s hilarious. How if you watch the end of the video closely, their machine is making the terrible buzzing noise that all of their customers complain about in the reviews… I suspect that parts inside the motor Rust because of the humidity. I own two of these, so I hope that isn’t true, but it probably is.

You should rather release a video "How to remove your Dyson frome you're home 😅 I have never touched a more crappy item then a Dyson product!! Tell me (I know this question) but how many Dyson products gets sent in every single day, just know Europe for repairs??? Or better, for replacement??? Be honest Dyson!!!
