This came at just the right time for me. I'm 5 weeks into brain surgery recovery but the plan is to break 3 in Berlin this year. When you're hardly getting out to walk that goal seems so far away but this is the kick I need to get back to it. 9 months left!!!

Wow, I'm in the same boat as you. Trying to get back into training after two cranial surgeries while dealing with seizures that are a result of those surgeries. It's a long road, but we can do it!

Cas Willborn again this message is just what I need. My consultant told me yesterday not to run for a few more weeks and I've been feeling really sorry for myself. But I don't have seizures and I'm lucky to be alive.

Thank you Coach Sage!! This is so timely as I am now aiming for this target time. Ever since I start watching your videos over 2 years ago at the beginning of my running career, you and Coach Sandy have been the staple of my training and running fun in general; I really appreciate what you do and I’m rooting for your OTQ at the Houston!! As I continue to look forward to learning from and being inspired by you, I just wanted to drop a note of BIG THANK YOU!!
