How to Run Faster! Who doesn't want to run faster? If you are an athlete, you likely already know the importance of running speed.
This is why in many sports try outs, combines, tests. You will be tested specifically on your sprint or running speed.
Also if you are a parkour athlete, running faster will greatly increase your chance of success in an escape or chase situation.
You can't run faster than your assailant or you are not quick on your feet you will fail.
And even, for your own personal enjoyment... being able to beat your friends in a foot race or finish that 5K with a powerful sprint or kick is an incredible feeling.
So today we share with you 1 exercise to run faster..
Great thing about this exercise is it's simple, only requires a sturdy wall, and small space....No track or giant football field needed.
This exercise will develop quickness, leg strength, and stride technique.
What allows you to run faster?
A study from Strength & Conditioning Research discovered faster sprinters:
1.Had longer strides
2.Were experts at moving there feet quickly to the ground, applying force, and lifting their feet from the ground quicker.
3.Had more strength in their legs, allowing them to apply more force.
This exercise will work all 3.

The next day I did the exercise my legs were paining like hell..I thought this is just waste but then the magic happened two weeks later at my sportsmeet I was the first in 100m ...my top speed was 14.5 but later at the sportsmeet it was 13.7 and I am only 13 years old..believe me guys..this is the best exercise to make you run faster

Tips to help u guys to not get eaten by a dog no matter how fast the worst thing to do is run away from a dog. No matter how fast u are dogs are always faster then humans. Also running away from a dog make the situation 10x worst and ur most likely to get attacked. Best thing to do is not look directly at a dog and pretend ur ignoring the dog. Just walk away but always keep the corner of the eyes towards the dog just in case if the dog trys to attack (Most likely it won't) but just to play it safe. Keeping the corner of ur eye towards the dog makes u aware if it is about to attack. Pretend u are ignoring the dog giving him no attention can save ur life. Now I hope for the best for u all and stay safe when hiking. ✌

Nice video, I have to call out the toe pointing @ 2:54. It reduces the ability to apply force to the ground and you won't be able to take advantage of the stretch reflex of the lower leg muscles. Foot contact is critical. Other than that good points, sprinting is all about force application to the ground.

I have a weight of 90-95 Kg and always watching this video on how to improve my speed because I just lost in a race competition during my school break I won the first round but in the second round, I lost due to being tired and also before running I played basketball. I want to run 11 seconds on 100m but I don't have a field to run on I only get access to one evry Thursday which is bad and you wont make progress trainning once a week so do you think doing this 1 exercise in this video for a few months can help me reach that 11 seconds?

I'm almost very fast because I'm doing athletics specially on running and jogging for more than 8 years now. When I'm doing a race with my friends I always win. Also when I started learning Parkour it was very useful to be fast. But I really want to go to my limits and because of that I will start to work more on my speed to become faster than I almost are.

Popping the thigh forward is better than lifting the knees high for speed. Top sprinters have such developed hip flexor strength it looks like that are consciously lifting the knees up when they are actually thinking of popping their thigh forward. This ends up improving forward mechanics

I tried it I guess it worked but at the end i was falling and running at the same time and hit my eye at a street pole and now I have a black eye not even kidding... my eye hurts😕😖
