How about your 300 formation with the extra strong side back as a wing to either the weak or strong side as a Fly Back for a fly sweep series. I have used a similar set but with balanced line.

If the QB keeps to the left how do you account for that Unblocked LB in the box. Typically you gotta leave somebody unblocked (usually a secondary player) cause its only 9 blockers vs 11 defenders. Are you reading him?
