How to setup the multiple tax for one employee. for example one employee's salary is 120000 and I want to deduct tax from his or her salary as follow. from 5000 0% from 50001-12500 2% from 12501- 100000 10% from 100001- Endless 20% For more information If an employee has 120000 Salary per month I deduct 20% from 20000 which is 4000 and 10% from 87500 which is 8750 and 2% from 12500 which is 250 the total tax is 13000

Why would you want to change the withholding? I’m asking because I have had many people that made 100k a year. But we just withheld the standard amount based on there w9 form. I have never tried to change it tired. So I’m asking because I want to know if after all these years if my accountant and payroll company was doing this wrong.
