In design sprint, the prototype is build from lo-fi wireframes but not final ui right? During the prototype period, what activities the business users do? Can they no need to join but only show up on user interview time?
@relabstudios Жыл бұрын
Great question! There’s no set rules really. As a consultancy we typically work with various clients and personalities, so expectations change every now and then. To answer your question, you can choose to do wireframes or high fidelity UI, depending on how much prototyping time you have and what prototyping skill sets you have in the team. Then you adjust expectations from there… As long as you end up with a prototype that explains the user story/journey clearly, you’re on the right track for testing. And other business stakeholders can help by providing information and business rules during prototyping day. They can also show up towards the end of prototyping day to do a run through to validate the solution.

Does each post-it is supposed to be the goals of the day or meetings/workshops?
@relabstudios3 жыл бұрын
Hi Raul, each post-it on this video represents key activities throughout the day. Within those key activities, there might be further detailed steps/process that are not necessarily outlined in this video. Hope that helps.

@@relabstudios Yeah, for sure! How long (generally speaking) does a session of these facilitations are supposed to last in your opinion? Great content!
@relabstudios3 жыл бұрын
Hi Raul, our team typically runs sprints that ranges between 3 days to 4 weeks. It depends on the case. However the activities within a session itself can range too.. For example a User Journey Mapping session can go for 1-2 hours and a storyboarding session can go for half a day. This is a very good question Raul and we can make a video about this in the near future to explain more!

@@relabstudios I'd love to have a more detailed video about these topics! Last question, do you plan to increase the length of your course?
