Don't let my name fool you here. I run really fast in 100m's. Faster in my school up until highschool. I'm a 6th grade runner. One thing that is my concern is how I look when I run. I know my looks shouldn't matter but the last thing I need in a sprint is to run looking like a twat. This video really helped me, I found that I run almost correctly, but my legs need to stretch more. This also improved my time a lot, which is a huge change of competition. I'm glad I found this and that field day was after spring break (1 week left :D) so I have an even faster time.

G'day Shaun it be worth noting , what is important from the beginning is correct posture and technique , that you train you mind mentally to focus on all those essential exercise drills, so that it becomes second nature to you, my back ground was middle distance to marathons x 2 went on to do triathlons then cycling but regards of what sport it is, getting your basis right from the start and been discipline of the basic set skills put you in a good fame of mind and in the end you reap the rewards by following the basic principles. I would like your comments & feed back please.
