Probably should've done more with this video by demonstrating more of what he is talking about(half speed) starting from the batter's box. Talking through it is complimentary and helpful, but could've done better. Some folks differ on when and where to start getting out to round first base.

Nothing is guaranteed. If you work hard at strengthening the proper muscles in your throwing motion, it cannot hurt to put a properly thrown curveball into your rotation. At 13, fastball and change up should be your primary pitches for 95% of your pitch count.

I can tell you from first hand experience, throwing curves before HS will increase your risk of injury. Master the change up instead. Just my two cents. Good luck and god bless.

@@harsh____singh9589 no it isn't that's just a waste of a out. it must be a miracle for that to happen. if the batter starts running right when someone throws to pitcher, he's basically done for because pitcher can throw to 1st baseman.

You should never push off the base with your left foot! You add a step when rounding and higher chance to roll your ankle. Always drive off your right foot.
