I learned the normal front punch then I learned the Russian front flip and I found it way easier than the normal front. (And the first time I tried the Russian front I landed it)

I'm only at the front punch part, I can land it half the time. I wanna try the Russian front flip, but I know I need more front punch training before going there. Maybe that's just me

so Ur saying even if Ur front flips aren't that good if u do the Russian technique right it will be easier and u will land it standing up more?

haha. just a few days ago i started practicing this so i could get better with my frontflips and ive been practicing ALOT with this. its funny that you put out a tutorial of this at the same time i started training with these. i hope this helped alot of poeple. in my opinion this way of frontflips is better as long you as can get it down.

I'm old and it's been many years, but I felt like I had more control, got more height, and was able to step out of my front easier doing the Russian front and opposed to the standard version. Seemed to feel like it had more power and explosiveness to me.

I do use the arm twirl haha, For me personally it feels more natural, Clear tutorial though, This can really help me learn it better!

I liked the way you break the technique. But can anyone give me some tips for punching Frontflip / Normal Frontflip. I can't get height. When I get full height its really hard for me to tuck fast enough. Please help me.

do progressions like lay on the ground and tuck as fast as you can to develop muscle memory and remember to commit and keep your chest up so you don't lose height good luck hope this works for you! ;)

Russian front flip is my favorite flip because i'm a big fan of the front flip and I have done over 400 front flip on a sommer so learning Russian front flip ain't that hard and the flip makes you feel like you flying :-)

I would say do it at sky zone at their cushion box it's a ton of square cubes that cushion your fall and you can practice there with your flips

Do much time since I don't do free running :/ Haven't since the time you did all the AC videos and in that period Even though I'd love to still practicing, but I don't talk anymore to my friends I trained with, and I think doing it alone would be a little weird :(
