This video was made at least two months ago, but thankfully, all of this same info has already been on lots of other popular KZbin channels.

KZbin would rather just push their political BS instead.

I recently found Eric’s channel while working on improving my public speaking skills. Coming across this video, which is so relevant right now, golden. It aligns perfectly with my current effort to correct my diet and lifestyle. Getting enough sleep and giving up coke have been the most challenging aspects for me, but this podcast is great and it helps to enforce what I’ve been working on.

I sat outside for less than ten minutes shirtless in El Paso and burned slightly this week. So there are also some very sunny places in the world where you can get too much sun by being out in it for fifteen minutes a day. It was 105 degrees here in El Paso yesterday!

Vishen, In India we're drinking 'Kadha drink' home brewed with herbs. Even the Doctors use it and say it's probably the best way to boost immunity. Please go through the Ayush Ministry guidelines of Govt of India and save lives. Much Love.

I don't think I can give up wheat and dairy, but I did switch to organic sprouted bread, 100% grassfed whole milk, and lactose free cheeses... is that okay or should I still feel bad? :(

I'm a big fan of Eric and MindValley, and this is all great, science-based advice. But apparently this interview was done about two months ago (when you said that Covid-19 cases were 600,000), so a few of these stats cited have by now changed. As of today June 2, there are nearly 6.3 million global cases. And the overall death rate is thankfully lower than was previously reported -- due to many factors, including millions of asymptomatic cases never being identified and counted. Fortunately, all of this info has already been on lots of other KZbin channels in the past two-plus months. As Eric alluded to, vitamin D in particular has been shown to be very important to avoiding severe Covid-19 complications. So if you can't get enough sun, take a D-3 supplement, at least 1,000 IU daily.

Mam, I also tried giving up sugar. Almost 20 days without sugar but then I couldn't continue. How did you do that? If you can give some advice on it. Also, did you gave up natural sugars too like fruits, milk etc?

It's already be proven many times, some people that eat well still get sick and get cancer. Foods are third on the list. Exercise and maintaining your health is first. Foods are a result of exercising on a regular basis and maintaining your stress. When you feel good physically and good about yourself, you will want to eat better, its a result. Of course there are specific ways that you need to exercise and ways of maintaining your stress.

Well, the thing about air freaked me out a bit. We are a little poor, live in a two room house (4 members ) with just one window that can not be opened because of some circumstances. There is no other passage for air . We can't go out because of this pandemic. ☹️
