@@kashifalikhan2535 Dear Colleague, advance the guidecatheter into the ascending aorta and make the U curve (use J-tipped guidewire for safety), then removed the J-tipped wire and advance the stiff end of the J-tipped wire to push the guide catheter at the secondary curve to engage and disengange.
