im always afraid to put my rabbit down safely so i just lay myself in the ground and let him hop off my chest but sometimes he’ll just chill there instead LOL

It’s definitely not easy. In the beginning Blanco would struggle when she was picked up and put down and I would be afraid that she was going to hurt herself. Through time I learned what feels safest for her, and started doing that, and she slowly started to trust me and stopped struggling. What you’re doing is great, it’s working and your rabbit doesn’t struggle so that’s what matters. 😘

I love what your message is it’s just frustrating that rabbits are shown that they are cuddles animals that can be carried and cuddled if this and most rabbits don’t I wish there would be less iconography in social media that they are cuddly animals.

My rabbit is only just now letting me and my hubby pick him up so he can be put away after play time we carry him in this way too because it keeps him calm awhile we transfer him from floor to his house lol. Great video very informative blanconis a very good bunbun

Hey I know this was a long time ago but I want to pick my rabbits up so it can have time on grass but it doesn’t really like being stroked unless they r in the mood so they normally just run away even from stroking what should I do
