You did a lot of extra work that wasn't required. Tub removal isn't a requirement for this and I would not suggest propping up the top with a pole. Get an extra set of hands to assist. In addition, get yourself some battery operated tools.

What are the symptoms of needing to replace a clutch assembly? The washing machine shown in this video is the exact Samsung unit. I have been experiencing random issues of the unit not being able to drain as well as not spinning. Considering it works occasionally I think it's an electrical issue. Thoughts?

@@Mommabink24 You're overloading/underloading the washer. Replace your suspension. working occasionally means its going out of balance. Sorry im 4 months late. I do a lot of warranty work.
