Got out the military recently and been on Cardone paradise since then, i still cant believe how people are still calling with ridiculous questions when with all the content uncle G has put out goes through 90% off of what you should do and how. I need your Study course Grant so i can create,build and grow in this business and get the heck out of NYC. Grant Cardone is the real deal and an EPIC MOTIVATOR. Uncle G thanks for the lesson. Your little secret is it's an interest only loan. You kind of gave it away at the end of the analysis of the deal when you're like how much do we owe on the lawn and it was the initial principal balance. Once again thanks man really appreciate the content.

@UncleG - minute 41:26 - I think what you're referring to is the interest only loan for a certain amount of years (like 10 years).

Hi its Jose from San Antonio. I was never brought into the call from Grant. I will be calling next Monday. MY QUESTION: When making an offer to any deal, how can I figure out a reasonable purchase price for a big enough return. Example: After analyzing a deal, you notice it gives you 4% ROI, but you want to make an offer on the deal that is 10%. What would be the strike purchase price?

Grant! I'm not able to watch the real estate shows because I get too many words I don't understand and the internet doesn't have great definitions for what you're talking about. Where can I go on your site to handle this? I want to be literate in Real Estate but theres no online resource that doesn't lead to more and more misunderstood words.

The secret thing that uncle G doesnt want to say is that on that deal he will get 5 or 10 year interest only and then probably refinance the deal and get his money out and use it to buy another monster

Hey Grant, & Captain Ryan. How do you determine what the price apartment are when there isn’t one listed. I am starting to walk apartment and using the 4 quadrant formula to get the NOI but I am having a hard time figuring out the price. Thanks for your help.

Thank you sir for all the content. I still do not see the bank is lending money at 4% and lender maybe at 8% then I am getting negative on the Cash Flow. Thank you again.

@grantcardone the magic trick on the loan is either interest-only or long-term fixed rate dog! You gonna jack that NOI! And then replace it with conventional financing!
